Brickhaven Studio: Detached Kitchen turned Studio!

Positive: Very clean, quiet location

A charming studio apartment that was just a few blocks from everything we wanted to see and do. Positive: We were given a door code to enter the property Negative: I have no complaints

Short answer to sum up our stay - NOT WORTH THE PRICE! Positive: Host communicated well, but I don’t think they live anywhere near the place. They have a “cleaning team” that is doing a terrible job! When I communicated my concerns, all I got was, “we’ll share your concerns with our cleaning team.l Negative: Pests in bathroom. No insect spray. No hand soap in the bathroom dispenser. No tissues. No laundry supplies as advertised. Dirty kitchen utensils. $55 cleaning fee that should have been paid to me. Bath towels and wash rags that looked like they came from a second-hand stores - Mismatched/Bleach spots.

Positive: Nice location, clean, and cozy Negative: Lack of blackout curtains only because I work nights and sleep during the day

My week in Bristol Tennessee @ Brickhaven Positive: The host were very accommodating. The location is close to the downtown area,The Country Music Museum, lots of eateries. Close to Bristol Moror Speedway. All around great location. Negative: Nothing.
